Shipping & Credit Policy
- Prices include shipping within the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada have additional shipping or customs fees.
- Lead times include expedited production, not expedited shipping.
- Sample fees can be credited toward your project once a full order is invoiced, up to 100% of the value of door or block samples.
- All sample orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on samples.
