Does Bella Kitchen Cabinetry offer free shipping?
Most orders ship by common carrier, generally FedEx or FedEx Freight. The best shipping method is determined by available freight rates to your ZIP code. In all cases, freight is charged in advance when you pay for your order.

Can I order samples of Bella cabinets?
We are happy to provide cabinet samples so you can experience our quality firsthand. See prices and lead times on the sample request page.

What is the lead time for cabinet accessories?
Accessories such as knobs, handles and hinges typically take 1 to 2 weeks from the time of order.

What is the lead time for premium and standard cabinets?
Product type Production time Finished or unfinished cabinets 4 – 6 weeks Cabinet doors (finished or unfinished) 2 – 4 weeks Accessories & moldings (finished) 4 – 6 weeks - Lead time may vary with stock availability or built-to-order items. Custom Prism colors, extra options or complex door styles may extend production.
- Only complete orders are scheduled. Lead times are counted in business days, excluding weekends, holidays and weather closures, and do not include shipping.
- All lead times are estimates. You receive an estimated ship date once your order is processed.

When does my order enter production?
- Orders paid and released by 9:00 a.m. (EST) on a business day start lead-time scheduling the same day.
- Orders received after 9:00 a.m. (EST) start the following business day.
- Orders with incomplete information or pending questions enter production only once every detail is confirmed. Large or complex projects may need extra processing time.

Is there an expedite option?
- For emergency or time-sensitive projects we offer an Expedite Program, subject to availability and capacity.
- Limit of six pieces per expedite order. Production starts the next business day if no issues are found.
- Upcharges apply based on a percentage of the order value. Items that need expediting go on a separate order.

What if a piece arrives damaged or wrong?
- Products produced in error by us are replaced and expedited at no charge.
- Products damaged or ordered incorrectly by the customer may also be replaced and expedited at no charge, when possible.
- Limit of six pieces per replacement order, which may include previously purchased items only.

Warranty
Bella Kitchen Cabinetry offers a limited 5-Year Warranty on all Conestoga Wood Specialties products.
The 5-Year Warranty is offered exclusively by Bella Kitchen Cabinetry. It is not provided by Conestoga Wood Specialties and is not available through any other reseller.
Key terms of the 5-Year Warranty
- All claims are filed through Bella Kitchen Cabinetry, with the original purchase documents.
- Products may need to be returned for inspection; replacements are produced after a manufacturing defect is verified.
- Applies to orders placed after May 1, 2017.
Standard 1-year factory warranty
- Covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the purchase date.
- Liability is limited to the value of the original materials; labor, installation, travel and related costs are not covered.
- Excludes misuse, improper installation or storage, neglect, accidents and acts of God.
- Natural wood variations (grain, mineral deposits, sap) and aging, such as cherry darkening over time, are not defects.
- Mitered doors allow a 0.010″ gap and are not warrantied against joint separation from humidity. Veneered panels and solid-wood moldings may vary slightly in tone.
- Panels larger than 22″ × 43-15/16″ are not covered for expansion, cracking or warpage. For painted finishes, MDF panels are recommended.
- Blum hinges and drawer slides carry a lifetime warranty directly through Blum after the first year.

One-piece products are warrantied only if warpage exceeds 1/8″ up to 12″ × 21-15/16″, or 1/4″ from 12-1/16″ to 22″ wide or 22″ to 43-15/16″ high. Solid-wood three-piece drawer fronts over 44″ wide or 14″ high are not covered for warpage or joint cracks.
