Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of bellakitchencabinetry.com and to the products and services of Bella Kitchen Cabinetry, located at 240 Barber Ave #1, Worcester, MA 01606. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Using this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our cabinets, finishes and services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but product specifications, sizes, colors and availability may change without notice. The details confirmed in your written quote or invoice always prevail over the website.

You agree not to misuse the website, including sending false information through our forms, attempting to access it without authorization or interfering with its operation.

2. Quotes and orders

• Online quote requests and design consultations are free and carry no obligation.
• Quotes are based on the measurements, plans and selections you provide. Please review sizes, door styles, finishes and quantities carefully before approving.
• A quote becomes an order only after you approve it in writing and payment is received.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices may be updated after that date.
• We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, unavailable products or incomplete information. Any payment for a cancelled order is refunded.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are those shown on your quote or invoice.
• Applicable sales tax is added where required.
• Shipping is charged in advance, together with your order, based on freight rates to your ZIP code.
• Orders enter production only after full payment, or the payment terms agreed in writing, are received.

4. Production and lead times

Cabinets, doors and accessories are produced for your order. Lead times shown on our website are estimates in business days and do not include shipping. They may vary with availability, custom colors, extra options or complex door styles.

Only complete orders are scheduled. Orders with missing information or pending questions start production once every detail is confirmed. You receive an estimated ship date once your order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Most orders ship by common carrier, usually FedEx or FedEx Freight.
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Extra charges from the carrier for redelivery, storage or special handling are paid by the customer.
• Count the boxes and inspect them on delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before signing.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to us as soon as possible and before assembling or installing them, with photos and your order number.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

6. Changes, cancellations and returns

Because our cabinets are built to order, changes and cancellations are accepted only before the order is released to production. After that, orders cannot be cancelled and products cannot be returned for a refund.

• Products produced in error by us are replaced and expedited at no charge.
• Products damaged or ordered incorrectly by the customer may also be replaced and expedited at no charge, when possible.
• Replacement orders are limited to six pieces and may include previously purchased items only.

7. Samples

All sample orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on samples. Sample fees can be credited toward your project once a full order is invoiced, as described on the sample request page.

8. Assembly and installation

Our cabinets ship ready to assemble, with step-by-step assembly videos. When you assemble or install the cabinets yourself or through a contractor of your choice, you are responsible for following the instructions, applicable building codes and safe installation practices.

When you hire installation from Bella Kitchen Cabinetry, the scope, price and schedule are defined in a separate written agreement.

9. Warranty

Our cabinets carry a 5-year limited warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The full terms, exclusions and dimensional tolerances are on our services page. Products from partner collections may carry the warranty of their own manufacturer. Hardware and other items may be covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

10. Colors, wood and finishes

Colors shown on screens and in photos are approximate and may differ from the actual product. Wood is a natural material: variations in grain, tone, mineral deposits and sap, and changes with age and light, such as cherry darkening over time, are normal and are not defects. We recommend ordering samples before choosing a finish.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photos, drawings, logos and other content on this website belong to Bella Kitchen Cabinetry or are used with permission, and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. Other brand names shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor, installation, removal, travel or related costs, except where the law does not allow this limitation. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts, unless the law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first, as most issues can be solved quickly and directly.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
