How it's made
What Are Thermally Textured Surfaces?
TTS is a highly durable material with textured surfaces ranging from deep linear patterns to embossed grains that line up with the cathedrals and other details in the woodgrain. It is thermally fused onto a CARB2/TSCA compliant core, giving lifelike depth in both look and feel.
- Treated with a microbiologically tested technology with antibacterial silver ions, reducing bacteria by up to 99.9% within 24 hours of contact.
- Highly stable: withstands warping and bowing, even in high humidity or arid environments.
- Made with sustainable materials, including wood chips, fiber and recycled wood.
Grain Matching
Choose a random grain on every piece or a continuous grain across the fronts of each cabinet.
Sequential Grain Match
- Available with slab doors and drawer fronts only; an upcharge applies.
- Vertical and horizontal grain orientation are available.
- The grain flows through all the fronts of one cabinet (up to six pieces per configuration).
- The grain is not sequenced from cabinet to cabinet.
- Maximum cabinet size: 79" x 96" with vertical grain, or 96" x 79" with horizontal grain.
Non-Sequenced Grain
- Our standard method of production.
- Each door and drawer front has its own random grain pattern.
- Vertical and horizontal grain orientation are available at no extra cost.
